Do you ever know your own breast size? Knowing your own breast size is the important step in choosing a right fitted bra.
How to measure your very own bra and breast size
- Bust Size : Stand straight and take a soft measurement tape. Put the measurement tape a round from your back at bust level to the front, just on the nipple.
- Band Size : Stand straight and take a soft measurement tape. Put the measurement tape a round from your back at band level to the front, just under your breast.
- Waist : Stand straight and take a soft measurement tape. Put the measurement tape a round at the elbow level of your body, which is the thinnest place of your waist.
- Hip : Stand straight and take a soft measurement tape. Put the measurement tape a round your hip at the level of the top of your hip (from side view).
** It is more accurate if you ask for breast or bra consultant, close friend or person that you trust at to help in measure instate of measure by your own.
** The measurement tape should be parallel while measuring.
** Do not hold your breath while measuring. Just remain the normal breath will do.
After measure your size, refer to the table below to get your very own size~~
Example : If the Bust size is 83cm and the Band size is 70cm, then take 83cm-70cm = 13cm (B Cup by refer the table below) and the bra size is 70(Band size)B
Different between Bust size (1) and Band size (2) = Cup size
